Support Ticket System Site Offline UFN

The support ticket site is now offline until further notice. 
All service requests should be sent via DameWare. 

By now each and everyone that uses a computer or has a computer assigned to them should have Dameware installed on that computer. If you look at your task bar in the right bottom you should be able to see an icon that looks like an orange square with a blue dot.


If you do not see this let us know. You may also have to click on the /\ in your taskbar to see it, depending on how you have your taskbar set up.

This is where you will go to start submitting tech support tickets. Once you click on it, you will see a blue highlighted area that reads "Request Assistance". You will then input the information in the fields and click on send request.

There is no password to remember, logging into the computer automatically logs you in to Dameware. You can submit a ticket for support / help from any computer that you can log into by clicking on that icon and requesting assistance.

Again, We will be moving away from the current / old support ticket system starting this week, so try and remember to start sending your request via Dameware.
